Job DescriptionJob Description

General Purpose: To provide clerical assistance as needed in order for the office to operate efficiently and greet agents and clients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities: Greet clients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner, organize files, communicate with agents, data entry, field incoming calls, inventory supplies and report any necessary purchases to proper individual, maintain listing, pending and sold files, handle advertising, coordinating referrals and any other duties as required by Administration.

Education: High school diploma required.

Knowledge and Experience: General knowledge of computers and Microsoft works.

Core Competencies: Communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail. Works independently, team player and self-motivated. Stress tolerance and problem-solving adaptability.

Working Hours: Full time - 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Salary: Hourly wage based upon experience and education. Hourly rates will be reviewed yearly and any increases will be allotted at employer’s discretion.

PTO (paid time off).

Health insurance is NOT provided.
