CNC Mill Operator

Job DescriptionJob Description

• Setup DMG Mori vertical mills 3+1 axes in production-oriented shop
• Use Zoller tool pre-setter
• Opportunity to learn programming on the job
• Organize tooling and shop area
• Supervise operators and interface with QC
• Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling
• Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
• Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality.

Requirements:

• Ability to operate CNC mills
• Great computer and technical skills
• Good attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Must be self-motivated
