Temporary Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking to grow our staff at Evergreen Cleaning Services We are currently looking to fill one position to manage our housekeeping staff. Our focus at Evergreen Cleaning Services are short term vacation rentals, but we are also taking on recurring residential and commercial properties. We provide our clients with our property management services, and are a trusted partner with various vacation rental sites and property management companies.

You must have prior cleaning experience. Be 18 years or older, speak fluent English, and have your own dependable mode of transportation, preferably 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicles, that is capable of driving in inclement weather. You must also have a flexible schedule, and will be required to work some during the day on the weekends, and jobs in the foothills and surrounding mountain areas. The right candidate will have extensive experience cleaning homes, a thorough knowledge of cleaning chemicals and maintaining housekeeping equipment, and the ability to work well in teams. An ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the cleaning staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are accomplished by staff members.
• Make sure that cleaning supplies and equipment are well stocked.
• Ensure that cleaning areas are well maintained.
• Perform regular checks of cleaning areas to ensure they are well maintained and clean.
• Communicate changes in policies or procedures to housekeeping staff.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees.
• Manage budgets.
• Ensure the clean, sanitary and presentable appearance of our client’s properties.
• Inspect and report damages or issues at client’s properties
• Tracking both you and your staff’s time and attendance
• Always maintain professionalism and open lines of communication with the owner and clients.
• Light administrative work
