Project Consulting Group is actively hiring Agile Coaches lead clients, organizations, teams, and individuals in adopting Agile practices and methods while embedding agile values and mindsets. We are looking for “High Competence | High Character | Low Ego” leaders who are experienced, knowledgeable, passionate about their field, and eager to deliver value to our clients.

Our ideal candidate:

· Experience facilitating, training teams, and enabling enterprise-wide Agile transformation.

· Is a true servant leader, educator and coach

· Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)

· Ability to facilitate a positive and productive work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Educate teams on Agile principles and values; assure project adheres to an Agile framework.
  • Communicate with senior leadership to identify Agile value added and define strategy for transition into an Agile framework.
  • Facilitate internal team communication as well as enterprise-wide relationships.
  • Define performance metrics and actively communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues; adapt quickly to business changes.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
  • Work with product owners to gather requirements, write functional and technical specifications and translate requirements into design specifications.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience training Kanban or Scrum teams and a change management focused approach to enabling Agile Transformation.
  • Ability to train and coach all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects in one or more phases of the SDLC.
  • Knowledgeable in concepts of Continuous Integration and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Kanban, SCRUM, other).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
