We are currently seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Escrow Assistant to support our Escrow Officers in managing the escrow process from start to finish. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in preparing and organizing all necessary escrow documents, including contracts, loan documents, and trust deeds.

  2. Serve as a point of contact for clients, lenders, agents, and other parties, providing timely and accurate information regarding the escrow process.

  3. Facilitate communication between all parties, ensuring all necessary steps are completed on time for the closing of escrow.

  4. Maintain and manage accurate files and records, ensuring all escrow transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.

  5. : Assist in the processing of transaction funds, including issuing checks, depositing funds, and balancing accounts.

  6. Ensure all documents and transactions meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.

  7. Assist in resolving issues that arise during the escrow process, working closely with the Escrow Officer to mitigate any potential problems.

  8. : Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in escrow, title is highly preferred.

  2. High school diploma required; additional certification or training in escrow, real estate, or related field is a plus.

  3.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and real estate professionals.

  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.

  5.  High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in document preparation and data management.

  6. Proficiency in SoftPro software.
