ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Setup/build Level 1-4 schedule for Estimating and Field Execution purposes.
• Load Activities into schedule software.
• Responsible for leveling resources and defining the critical path of the assigned Event.
• Responsible for maintaining database and user assignments.
• Facilitate Meetings with owner for Schedule optimization.
• Update schedule and manage change during execution.
• Ability to work extended hours during execution.
• Create, Distribute and reporting when required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• 5 years’ Experience using Primavera.
• 5 years Turnaround experience is (preferred).
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the petro-chemical industry is (preferred).
