Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Representative to join our team As our Front Desk Representative, you will be working with a team of associates to ensure every customer receives exceptional service. Some of your reponsibilities will include, direct customer service, billing and collecting of invoices, multiple ordering throughout the week, and general office support. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service, Quckbooks, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a friendly and positive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Daily and weekly invoicing of customers
  • Answering phone calls, emails and direct customer questions
  • Set a service standard and lead by example, providing exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Coordinate with staff to provide exceptional experience and service to all customers
Qualifications
  • Quickbooks On-Line
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
