DBZ Enterprises is actively seeking a Retail Sales Rep / Merchandiser responsible for:

  • Increasing and maintaining product distribution, merchandising and POS placement into existing retail partner locations in an assigned territory covering: Eastern, WA, Northern ID and Western MT
  • Overnight travel up to 40% of the time

  • Implementation of authorized Corporate, Regional, and Marketing activities

  • Sell and merchandise DBZ products to independent discount tobacco outlets and independent retail stores
  • Ensure DBZ products are merchandised, visible and available for purchase by adult consumers
  • The Retail Sales Rep / Merchandiser will report directly to Retail Sales Manager

Work Responsibilities

  • Execute Corporate and Regional sales goals.

  • Follow directions on the execution of plans.

  • Increase and record distribution of products in stores and distributors

  • Optimize in-store presence and visibility on DBZ Enterprises Brands and products

  • Achieve and maintain optimum product distribution for new / existing retail stores

  • Ensure competitive pricing for all DBZ brands in the marketplace

  • Educate retail personnel and potential adult consumers on all DBZ products, brands and find solutions that best meet the company and customer needs

  • Effectively sample products to current and potential adult consumers while conducting day to day retail operations

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of the convenience supply chain and CPG industry is a plus but not required.

  • Retail, wholesale, grocery, or route sales experience is a plus but not required.

  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently and work as a team player

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong planning, communication, time management and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work 40+hours per week including up to 40% overnight travel

  • Valid driver’s license, a good driving record and reliable insured vehicle
