Taxi and NEMT Dispatcher

Taxi and non emergency medical transportation dispatcher needed for evening shifts - F/T and P/T shifts available, looking to hire immediately.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage 5-10 employees and multitask. Managerial experience a plus
• Ability to maintain route scheduling, organize routes and drivers for most efficient outcome and plan ahead.
• Maintain communication with drivers, fleet maintenance, dispatchers and other departments.
• Maintain efficient punctuality and performance expectations
• Document driver performance, route discrepancies, breakdowns, accidents, etc.
• Excellent, professional customer service skills
• Promote safe driving habits
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Other clerical work

Knowledge of Ulster and Dutchess counties, with a focus on the city of Kingston is a MUST

Full time - 40 hours, 4-5 evenings a week, 3pm-close

Part time - 15-20 hours, 2-3 evenings a week, 3pm-close

Some weekend availability a must, open weekend availability will take precedence for determining candidate hired.

Salary based on experience.
