Job Title: Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse facility and equipment are maintained in top working condition. If you have experience in maintenance and enjoy solving problems, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and other machinery.
• Inspect and maintain the overall condition of the warehouse, including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with external contractors for larger repair projects when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment, including forklifts and conveyors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
