Responsibilities:

  • Project Mastery: Manage large new construction projects from cradle to grave, utilizing all needed and available resources.
  • Team Leadership: Passionately lead, mentor, and develop project team members to achieve collective success.
  • Efficient Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Blueprint Expertise: Leverage strong knowledge of blueprint reading, quality control, and job-site management for project success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Lead Superintendent within a GC or Developer setting.
  • Passion for Leadership: Demonstrate a passion for leading, mentoring, and developing others in the construction field.
  • Organizational Skills: Showcase excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
