We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Life Insurance Specialist, with a focus on office-based virtual sales, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct office-based virtual sales consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.

- Provide expert advice and recommendations on life insurance policies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

- Present and explain policy options, coverage details, and associated benefits to clients through virtual platforms.

- Prepare and process life insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through in-person or virtual interactions, providing ongoing support and service.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to offer the best solutions to clients.

 

Qualifications:

- CO State-issued life insurance license

- Proven experience as a Life Insurance Specialist or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly in a virtual office environment.

- Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help clients secure their financial future.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
