Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut, shape, and engrave materials according to specifications
  • Program machines using CAD/CAM software to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity
  • Inspect finished products for quality control and compliance with customer requirements
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Laser Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in operating and programming CNC laser cutting machines
  • Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and blueprint reading
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
