Real Estate Resource Home Loans is an established independent mortgage banker with over 20 years’ experience chasing the purchase business. We are actively seeking motivated licensed individuals like you to join our team. It is simple you get the lead we help you place and close loans others can’t.

As a State Licensed Loan Originator, your responsibilities and expectations include:

  • Building and Nurturing Relationships: You'll develop and maintain relationships with various partners such as real estate agents, builders, financial planners, and attorneys. These relationships help generate leads and referrals.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to customers is paramount. This involves guiding them through the mortgage process, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seeking out potential borrowers by networking, attending events, leveraging referrals, and utilizing marketing strategies. Generating a steady flow of leads is crucial for success.
  • Mortgage Origination Process: You'll be expected to have a thorough understanding of the mortgage origination process. This includes gathering financial information from customers, completing loan applications, and explaining various loan products.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all loan applications and documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Problem Solving: Resolving issues that may arise during the mortgage process promptly and efficiently. This can include addressing credit issues, appraisal problems, or other challenges that could affect loan approval.
  • Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the loan process. Keeping all parties informed helps manage expectations and ensures a smooth transaction.
  • Adherence to Deadlines: Meeting deadlines is critical in the mortgage industry. This includes deadlines for loan applications, disclosures, underwriting, and closing.
