R/W Connection, a leading distributor of industrial supplies and rubber products, is looking for a qualified candidate to join our industrial supply inside sales team in our Landisville, PA location.

 

This is an office position in which the primary responsibilities would include:

• Handle customer requests for quotes and order processing
• Support outside sales efforts with quote, order, expedite or sample requests
• Support VMI initiatives
• Provide technical assistance
• Purchasing
• Counter support
• Follow and promote all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others

Qualifications:

• Customer service skills required
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer skills required
• Team player with ability to handle multiple roles when required
• Strong work ethic
• Prior distribution experience preferred
