Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a 65-75$ Per Hr. LPC,LCSW,LMFT Working In Clients’ Homes (not Remote) to join our team You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. 

Part time or full-time employees (W2). Work as few as 12 hours or as many as 40 hours a week. Creative problem solving is a must and we use a solution-focused, family systems approach. Experience with children preferable. We are looking for highly motivated and qualified licensed therapists to provide in-person weekly therapeutic services to youth and families in their home/community. Telehealth sessions can be provided at the parent/caregiver’s request.

Duties:

·         Complete and submit all paperwork within Medicaid guidelines.

·         Be well organized and self-motivated.

·         Provide short-term, evidence-based therapeutic counseling services in the form of weekly individual and family therapy sessions to children, adolescents, young adults and families in their home, in an amenable community location or via Telehealth.

·         Maintain regular communication with referral sources.

·         Have a flexible schedule to meet with youth and their family with services being rendered at a time of day and location that works for both: the therapist and the family.

Qualifications: 

 

·         Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

·         Master’s Degree or higher required

·         Licensed: LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D/Ph.D. (bilingual-Spanish Speaking a plus)

·         Driver’s License and reliable transportation

·         Willing to travel

·         Dependable, creative and enjoys helping others.

·         Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills

·         Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Creole, Sign Language, etc.)

·         Must consent to a Criminal Background Check

·         We are hiring clinicians who are able to travel within the counties listed below, and you will see families in those counties.

 

Location: New Jersey (Salem County, Cumberland County, Gloucester County)

 

Spanish speaking preferred.
