Job Title: Manufacturing Associate I
Location: Worcester, MA
Duration: 12 Months Contract ( with possible extension)
Job Description:
Under moderate supervision, the Production Project Manager oversees various production projects, including the integration of new projects and technologies into the production process, as well as improvements in manufacturing. Collaborating closely with counterparts in other departments, the role ensures adherence to project timelines and facilitates the seamless transfer, implementation, and monitoring of projects. Utilizing systems such as SAP, LIMS, PI, and other databases, the Production Project Manager inputs, verifies, monitors, and analyzes pertinent data to drive project success.
- Collaborate with Production personnel to prepare and review batch records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Schedule work tasks to support project and campaign timelines, with guidance as needed, and manage document review and approval processes to meet project deadlines, providing regular status reports to management.
- Work alongside management and senior staff to determine appropriate actions within established procedures, tracking ongoing issues and collecting data for analysis to develop solutions for moderate-level problems.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge, experience, and technical skills to support ABC production objectives, execute procedures efficiently and compliantly, and maintain consistency across groups through standard practices.
- Engage in problem-solving for moderately complex issues, requiring evaluation of multiple factors, exercising judgment within defined policies and procedures, and consulting with senior staff as needed.
- Coordinate activities within sub-groups and collaborate with other teams, frequently interacting with both subordinates and supervisors.

- Minimum of an Associate's degree.
- 1 year or more of relevant experience.
Nice to Have (But Not Required) Skills/Experience/Education/Certification:
- Familiarity with batch records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP.
