Machine Operator 

Growing textile facility in Lincolnton, North Carolina is hiring for experienced Machine Operators. Do you enjoy working independently? Are you motivated for career advancement? Are you a team player? 

Responsibilities:

  • Load and feed fiber materials into automated machines
  • Control and adjust machine settings
  • Fix issues that might occur during the shift 
  • Quality inspection for materials 
  • Assist and rotate in other machinery

List of Qualifications or Requirements:

  • Previous Machine Operator experience 
  • Must have calibration experience
  • Ability to listen and follow directions
  • Ability to read and comprehend safety procedures 
  • Basic math, problem solving skills
  • Ability to work and communicate well with others.
