Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is hiring and if you meet the qualifications listed below, then we invite you to apply for our open position.

The Cabinet Service Specialist will inspect & repair warranty/damage cabinets or related products as well as any other inspections requested by sales team. Work with your hands, learn about the unique materials applied throughout the Kitchen and Bath industry. We will provide guidance in a variety of tools and techniques to safely and efficiently produce high-quality work.

May Include:

This position will touch on multiple aspects of the Kitchen and Bath business at Williams Distributing, from organizing material to scheduling and executing warranty or service needs to assisting with finishing cabinets along with small local delivery runs.

  • Understand K&B business (carpentry, layout, cabinetry)
  • Ability to look up, interpret orders/invoices and identify resolutions.
  • Warranty orders and/or approve new orders/fixes
  • Schedules any work that may need to be done.
  • Communicates all work to applicable salesperson and coordinator.
  • Ability to travel/Job sites visit.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Computer skills, with knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs.
  • Able to lift & carry items up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Clean DMV record and valid Driver's license
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that positively benefit interaction with other staff members and homeowners/clients.

Any abilities below are a plus:

  • Ability to work from drawings
  • Ability to assemble cabinets
  • Ability to operate basic woodworking equipment and hand power tools
  • Finishing a plus but not required

Schedule

  • Typical workdays are Monday-Friday
