We are currently seeking to hire a Highly Skilled Operations Manager (In-Home Care) to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing Family inHome Caregiving, Inc.

This position is in Carmel, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead FiHC in its efforts to achieve our goals.

  • Responsible to each and every client in ensuring that they have a great experience with FiHC and that all systems relating to this (Client Fulfillment) are executed with professionalism, consistency, integrity, and compassion.

  • Manage and holding each staff member accountable to their Roles and Duties.

  • Have weekly one on one-accountability meetings with each office staff member.

  • Take charge of general staff meeting with the entire staff.

  • Overall, all direction, creation, review and approval of all systems that are used by FiHC.

  • Turn generated leads into new clients by conducting assessments.

  • Close assessment by gathering a new service agreement and service deposit after each assessment.

  • Signing and oversight of all contracts, leases, and binding documents related to FiHC and their vendors.

  • Create a professional but friendly atmosphere in the administrative offices.

  • Interviewing and hiring of all office staff.

  • Responsible for keeping employees focused and motivated to perform the work inherent in their positions.

  • Rewarding and recognizing employees who go beyond the call of duty.

  • Reporting the financial performance and progress towards FiHC goals to the President.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Operations Management for a Health Care Company or Facility

  • Experience as a manager for Sales, Human Resource, Administration

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms

  • Strong leadership qualities for oval all company

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Strong Financial Planing and Reporting at company level

  • Strong communications skills
