Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Hardscape Technician & Driver to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and possesses the skills to safely operate trucks and trailers. The ideal candidate will assist our hardscape construction crew with various tasks, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to stunning outdoor transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive trucks and trailers to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.

• Assist the hardscape crew with the installation of hardscape projects, including but not limited to patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.

• Candidates will be tasked with managing documentation related to material accounting and recording employee work hours.

• Help prepare job sites by setting up equipment, unloading materials, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

• Participate in hands-on work under the guidance of experienced crew members, learning and applying hardscaping techniques.

• Maintain and clean construction equipment, trucks, and trailers, ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Provide support in managing inventory of materials and tools required for projects.

• Collaborate with the crew to ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards, within budget and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience with hardscape construction or in a similar field preferred, but not required.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and demonstrated experience operating trucks and trailers.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive work in various weather conditions.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
