As a technician and salesman you will strive to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner. In order to do this you will need communication and leadership/teamwork skills, always striving to be your best and encouraging your colleagues. 

 You will ensure compliance with all applicable quality and process guidelines and thus contribute to customer satisfaction and a successful operating result. When engaging with customers, work hard to provide timely service, keep deliverables organized, maintain a clean and efficient workspace, and take an active role in ensuring the right bikes are built and delivered to your customers on time.

This role is right for someone with high energy and a growth mindset. You will be challenged to anticipate your customer’s needs and identify efficiencies in operating processes. This will ensure your team is set up for success.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Bicycle Assembly to Marketing and Product specifications

  • Joint responsibility for safety and compliance requirements

  • Supporting the group with balancing production tasks

  • Assist with technical troubleshooting

  • Available to work overtime

  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of bicycle assembly and tuning

  • Ability to fully assemble both acoustic and electric Road, City, and MTB bicycles

  • Leadership skills

  • Present a strong customer service focus

  • Strong communication skills

  • Shop-level service experience

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and change focus as needed

  • Knowledge of computers and Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Inventory and supply management
