Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly manner, determine the purpose of callers, forwards to relevant personnel, and take messages, relaying them in a timely manner
- Respond to emails or forward them to appropriate personnel and manage mail correspondence
- Interact with clients, visitor, contractors, and delivery personnel, and greet clients' visitors
- Assist with the generation of sales orders and provide information to clients as required
- Support the sales teams and help maintain the Salesforce database
- Initiate sales calls to potential clients, articulating products/service features and competitive pricing
- Cultivate relationships with existing clientele, presenting promotions, and introducing new product lines
- Perform data entry in SAP and other clerical tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ year of previous receptionist, front desk, and/or sales experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or SAP is advantageous
- Excellent telephone presentation skills and phone etiquette
- Exceptional communication abilities and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and excel
- Knowledge of janitorial, paper, plastic, and hardware supplies is highly beneficial
