We are seeking a Bookkeeper-Receptionist to join our team You will perform bookkeeping, clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping functions
• Record financial transactions and prepare financial statements
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Answer phone traffic (low volume of calls)
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests.
• Perform all other office tasks.
• Assemble and mail tax returns and financial statements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bookkeeping functions
• Previous experience in office administration
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
