AV Rated insurance defense firm in Maitland, FL is offering a full-time position for associates with 1-3 years experience in insurance defense.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, drafting, reviewing and analyzing legal documents, reports to the carrier, pleadings, motions, and discovery notices and responses; taking and defending depositions; appearances in court for conferences, motions, and hearings; ability to perform legal research using Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.

Requirements

  • Insurance Defense experience required.
  • Must have ability to manage complex cases, discovery, take depositions, and interview experts. Must have superior writing and litigation skills.
