Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
  • Follow routes and time schedule.
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
  • Collect payments.
  • Inform customers about new products and services.
  • Complete logs and reports.
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standard.
  • Perform annual full-scale inventory assessments to identify missing inventory and items to be ordered.
  • Confirm all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all inventory is in excellent condition.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Installing and uninstalling aroma diffusers ensuring safe operation.
  • Doing diffuser installation services in different locations
  • Ensure the proper organisation of the storage
  • Take inventory in the storage
  • Make shipments
  • Fix diffusers if necessary
  • Assist the team in different logistical tasks if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift as many stockroom items are cumbersome and heavy
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of physical exertion for extended periods
  • Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
  • Personal accountability and integrity are essential, as a stock clerk has access to valuable inventory
  • Experience working safely with stockroom ladders and tools is preferred
  • Dead line oriented

Notes:

  • It is important to highlight this position may have commissions for sales referrals.
  • Preferably the candidate selected must have his own vehicle. The company will use the current IRS rate to compensate for business-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver.
  • Valid professional driver’s license.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred but not required

If you have experience in air conditioning it would be very good
