All Out Smash is Denver's premier rage room and entertainment destination, offering exhilarating experiences in our Smash and Splatter Rooms. We are seeking a talented Videographer/YouTube Channel Editor to join our team and elevate our online presence. This role involves capturing high-quality content, editing videos, and managing our YouTube channel to engage our audience and grow our brand.

 

**Responsibilities:**

- Visit our location once a week to capture compelling footage of guests enjoying our rage room and splatter room experiences.

- Edit raw footage into engaging and entertaining videos for our YouTube channel.

- Chop up and repurpose content into shorter clips and highlight reels.

- Develop and execute a content strategy for the YouTube channel, including scheduling and posting videos.

- Optimize videos with appropriate titles, descriptions, and tags for maximum visibility and engagement.

- Monitor and analyze channel performance using YouTube analytics to adjust content strategy as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.

- Interact with viewers by responding to comments and fostering a positive community on the channel.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in videography, video editing, and YouTube channel management.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.

- Excellent understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
