Motorcoach Operator

***Will require overnight stays in another city every other day
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Motor Coach Driver to join our team. As a Motor Coach Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to drive various types of motor coaches.

Duties:

- Operate motor coaches to transport passengers to designated locations

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage handling

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the motor coach or shuttle bus

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safe operation

- Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other team members

- Follow established routes and schedules while making necessary adjustments as needed

- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the journey

- Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities in accordance with paratransit guidelines

Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE B OR A CDL WITH P(PASSENGER) ENDORSEMENT

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Previous experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or motor coach driving is preferred

- Fluent in English with good verbal communication skills

- Ability to maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times

- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations

- Ability to operate and maintain motor coaches or shuttle buses in a safe manner

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
