We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing recipes and menus to ensure they meet nutritional standards, assisting with menu and recipe development, and contributing to the creation and refinement of operational tools and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nutritional Review: Evaluate recipes and menus to ensure they adhere to nutritional guidelines and standards.
- Menu and Recipe Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine recipes and menus that are both nutritious and appealing.
- Operational Tools: Assist in the creation and improvement of operational tools, such as meal assessment forms, Prep/Pull sheets, and other production planning resources.
- Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on nutritional standards, menu planning, and recipe preparation.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality and nutritional value of meals, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all menus and recipes comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Research: Stay updated on the latest nutritional research and trends to inform menu and recipe development.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of nutritional analyses, menu changes, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
- Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and nutritional analysis.
- Strong understanding of nutritional guidelines and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
