Job SummaryWe are seeking GOOD PEOPLE to join our team, providing customers with a variety of cuts, colors and styles and helping them to look their best. You’ll recommend the best REDKEN, IGK, MIZANI and OLAPLEX products and services for each individual client’s needs and preferences. Most importantly, you'll be working in a fun, busy, and supportive salon environment with other passionate and talented hair artists.

*Positions available for chair rental, commission-based stylist and for apprentices to train with our senior stylists.

Responsibilities 
  • Evaluate customers’ face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles. 
  • Wash hair at hairwashing stations with appropriate products
  • Apply hair treatment products
  • Execute flawless haircuts, trims
  • Apply highlights, ombre, balayage, and other hair coloring techniques
  • Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a cosmetology school is required
  • Valid Illinois Cosmetology License
