We are urgently seeking a Heavy Duty Maintenance Mechanic in Charleston, South Carolina. This thriving operation in need of an expert to maintain forklifts, reach stackers, container handlers, and chassis trailers/containers. Prior experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel, transmission, electrical, hydraulic, and A/C systems is required.

Join an international outfit active for three decades that has expanded to Charleston to support North American affairs. This is a dynamic role within a bustling business that will offer you the opportunity to maintain large material handling equipment, industrial equipment, and trailers/containers responsible for moving valuable cargo and freight. Lucrative pay/benefits and overtime is provided.

Compensation:

  • $35.00 - $43.00/hour to start.
  • Benefits: health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and PTO.

Shift:

  • Days, 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Steady overtime.
