Responsibilities:

-Administrative Support:

  • Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as drafting and editing documents, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and databases related to property listings, contracts, and client information.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for real estate agents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses or directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials as needed.

-Client Services:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Assist in managing client relationships by maintaining regular communication and updating clients on property listings.
  • Coordinate the preparation and execution of real estate documents.

-Marketing Support:

  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and online listings.
  • Update property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Support real estate agent in organizing and promoting open houses and property showings.

-Research and Data Management:

  • Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor analysis.
  • Compile and analyze data related to property listings, sales transactions, and client preferences.
  • Assist in generating reports and insights to support decision-making processes.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or real estate is a plus.
  • Previous experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and regulations is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
