Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDiversified Sourcing Solutions is searching for a dynamic Sales Consultant looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the Dallas TX area. This is an internal position providing opportunities for financial success and inner growth within the organization. We are looking for an experienced individual who can find new prospects and close a business deal without being afraid of recruiting for their own placements. Looking for a fast pace? Multitasking? Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm
Pay: $20-25/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identifies organizations and individuals in the appointed territory in person and via phone to identify new leads and new businesses with a willingness to be in the field up to 50% of the time.
  • Contacting potential clients/leads via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and renegotiating via phone, email, or in person
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn prospects into increased business
  • Identify decision makers within potential new clients and current client organizations
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences
  • Ensure all data is accurately entered into CRM or sales management system
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
  • Work with the management team to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Achieve own sales targets/metrics and lead team to achieve team target goals
  • Maintain excellent client relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Recruit to fill positions for new clients; obtain candidates using job boards, social media, and or other resources

  • Develop strategic business relationships and business plans with key strategic partners
  • Develop new business or retain existing business
  • Identify potential, new business development opportunities
  • Create and develop business development strategy
  • Manage project business development with clients
  • Maintain client business summaries in support of business development opportunities
  • Identify new potential business opportunities
  • Provide status updates on existing business and new business development opportunities
  • Execute a business development strategy to grow the business
  • Compensation: Ranges Depending on Experience
