Talent Corps is looking for Solar Journeyman Electricians for an upcoming project in the Richmond, VA area
Ideal candidates are safety conscious and have a great work ethic.

Job Duties are but not limited to:

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on solar energy systems.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure electrical designs comply with industry standards and codes.
Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and determine appropriate solutions. 
Install and connect electrical components, including inverters, wiring, and solar panels.
Test and commission solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Complete documentation and recordkeeping related to electrical work.
Provide technical support to other teams within the company and assist with training new hires.

REQUIREMENTS:
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent Cert.
Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
Familiarity with solar energy systems and related equipment.
Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols. ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Valid DL and reliable transportation to job sites.
Ability to travel.
Tread and bending of rigid pipe experience.
