Prospering Minds Counseling is currently seeking mental health clinicians to provide a mix of Telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Palatine, IL.

Prospering Minds is a clinician-founded private practice group. Our mission is to expand access to high-quality care for mental health conditions. We utilize a hybrid model of technology and in person services to eliminate potential barriers and expand our access to high quality mental health treatment. Through in-person and telehealth services we are able to reach those in need, when and where they ned it.

The ideal candidate will be able to work with both adult and adolescent clients.

We are looking for full-time and part-time Pre-Licensed and Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our in-person and telehealth model.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Run individual therapy under the supervision of Clinical Director
  • Provide case management for assigned cases to include treatment planning, utilization review and family therapy when appropriate
  • Participate in weekly supervision and staffing with clinical team
  • Regularly review and recommend changes in program services to meet client needs with emphasis on trauma informed care, oversight of site evaluation and quality assurance functions for department including assessment for legal and professional requirements and monitoring treatment plans for clients
  • Initiate, implement and monitor compliance with evidence-based practices
  • Must be reliable and consistent with attendance and punctuality to work
  • Understand and follow all policies and procedures of PMC's employee-employer manual
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Counseling from accredited school
  • Licensed and pre-licensed clinicians are welcome to apply - pre licensed MA/MS in counseling, LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW
  • Confidence with identifying and implementing evidence-based practice
  • Experience and interest in working with trauma informed care
  • Program development, evaluation, and solid organizational skills
  • Proven experience understanding and demonstrated to generate revenues for clinical services
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Ability to work and adapt in the culture of multicultural community based organization
  • Commitment to maintain confidentiality

Salary: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
