Achievers in Motion LLC is seeking Part-Time Drivers to join our team. We are looking for motivated individuals who have the ability to work independently. The position requires a person who is dependable, punctual, and has the same passion we do in helping children succeed . NO CDL IS REQUIRED Company provided vehicle is a Honda Odyssey. You will be responsible for transporting grade school children to and from school/residency. The area will be limited to New Castle County, Delaware.

​Responsibilities:

  • Transport grade school students to and from school in the company provided minivan.
  • Ensure local traffic regulations are adhered to while operating the company vehicle.
  • Keep a daily log of students transported.
  • Inspect and monitor company vehicle daily for any issues/damages.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness for a comfortable environment.

​Qualifications:

  • Standard Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record
  • Must pass a successful background check including child protection registry.
  • Must not have ever been convicted of a Class A or Class B felony, or a felony based on causing death, a felony sexual offense, or a felony against public administration.
  • Must not have had any portion of the sentence for any other felony conviction extending into the last five years.
  • Must not have ever been convicted of any crime against a child.
  • Must not have ever been convicted of any drug-related crime.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am to 9:30am, 1:30pm to 5:30pm (approximately 35-40 hrs per week)

*Must work both time slots above*

Weekends off, Holidays off

Pay is biweekly. Starting pay is $17 per hour. Eligible for a raise after each year of service.
