Pride Health is hiring for a  Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Southfield MI. This is a 3-month assignment with a possibility of extension and conversion into a full time, opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization

Responsibilities:

  • Rooms patients according to policy and procedures, prepares patient for examination
  • Records patient care documentation in the medical record accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Diabetic Retinopathy Exam
  • HEDIS / CKD Gap closure reconciliation
  • Other Quality duties as assigned

Education/Requirements:

  • High school graduate, GED or equivalent.
  • Experience working as a Medical Assistant or EMT
  • Willingness to enter patients home

Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Southfield M
Schedule: 830am -5:00 pm
Pay Range: $19 to $23/hr

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
