RedMatter Solutions, a leading technology firm specializing in cloud solutions, is seeking a talented Azure Solutions Engineer to join our client engagement team in Arlington, Virginia. As an Azure Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining secure and efficient operation of identity and authentication solutions while providing technical expertise and support for Entra ID (Azure AD) implementations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain secure and efficient operation of identity and authentication solutions, specifically focusing on Entra ID (Azure AD) systems.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating Azure AD tasks, including user provisioning, authentication policies, conditional access, and group management.
- Perform complex product troubleshooting and remediation as necessary, investigating product bugs, assessing business impact, and collaborating with stakeholders and senior team members on solutions.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable processes and workflows for effective case resolution.
- Design and deploy infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, and PowerShell scripts.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Azure cloud solutions and infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of different deployment resource types (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DRaaS) and when to deploy each type.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.
- Azure certifications preferred, demonstrating expertise in Azure cloud technologies.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
