Amal's Salon is a thriving and innovative hair salon located in Chatsworth. We are currently seeking skilled and passionate hair stylists to join our team on a part-time or full-time rental basis.

Job Responsibilities:
Hair Styling:
- Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments, in accordance with client preferences and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative services to clients.
Client Consultation:
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and concerns.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles and treatments.
Client Care:
- Offer exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued during their salon experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Cleanliness and Sanitation:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and disinfection of styling stations and tools.
- Follow salon hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff.
Product Knowledge:
- Be knowledgeable about salon products and recommend appropriate products to clients for at-home hair care and styling.
Booking and Scheduling:
- Manage appointments, schedules, and walk-ins efficiently to optimize your availability and maximize client bookings.
Rental Agreement Compliance:
- Adhere to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, including rental fees and salon policies.
Qualifications:
- A valid cosmetology or hairstylist license in [State/Country].
- Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and creative salon environment.
