We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us expand our market presence.

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Anywhere in United States

Job Type: Contractual with commission-based & variable pay

Responsibilities/What you will Accomplish:

  • Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty.

  • Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell Femly products to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments to address their needs and concerns.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled time frame. Analyze sales statistics and prepare reports to understand market potential and track sales status.

  • Customer Service: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Provide customers with detailed product information and support.

  • Collaborate with Team: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to align with the company's strategic goals.

 

Qualifications & Expertise:

  • Experience: 5+ years of Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the feminine care or health and wellness industry

  • Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.

  • Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Attributes: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the feminine care industry or similar health and wellness sectors.

  • Knowledge of sustainable and organic products.

  • Experience with end-to-end deal cycle management and servicing.
