Job DescriptionJob Description

We have an immediate need for an Hr Generalist to join our team

Direct Hire / Second Shift / Pay: $23-25 per hour + Hefty Bonus / Immediate Health Benefits

· Thoroughly screen and phone interview hourly manufacturing, maintenance and production support candidates

· Schedule candidates for new hire onboarding/orientation

· Conduct hourly Stay Interviews after hire to determine employee engagement

· Assist staff members with identifying and creating job related interview questions

*General Human Resources Duties

· Assist employees with general policy questions

· Respond to employment verification requests

· Assist in responding to unemployment inquiries

· Support employees with benefits related questions and concerns

*Requirements:*

* Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or Business, preferred but not required
* 1 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* HRIS experience a plus

* Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
* Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing full cycle recruitment
* Excellent interpersonal skills
