We are seeking a Senior Treasury Accountant for a competitive Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm and Private Lender in Beverly Hills, CA. The company has a proven track record of success and growth. This position is responsible for the company’s tracking, maintaining, and oversight of daily movement of money in and out of multiple  business’ banking accounts. The Treasury Accountant  works in conjunction with others monitoring and maximizing the performance and value of the portfolio.

Responsibilities and duties include

• Monitor and manage the company's daily cash position to meet operational needs.
• Prepare and execute cash forecasting and liquidity analysis to ensure adequate funds are available.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Create and manage cash forecasts to anticipate short-term funding needs.
• Act as a treasury liaison with the company’s business units establishing banking accounts, services, and as a liaison for bank inquiries and related matters.
• Confer with and effect fund transfers to and from the line-of-credit, money market and/or other company bank accounts as directed by the CFO.
• Administer, execute, and record all wire transfers, inter-company funding transaction and corporate credit card charges.
• Support corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, internal audit, and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures.
• Partner with other internal stakeholders to continuously improve the cash flow forecast.
• Support the month-end process where necessary.
• Lead & assist with treasury projects and initiatives.
• Manage 3rd Party AP platform.
• Credit Card and bank reconciliations.
• Create recurring reports regarding cash balances and lines of credit.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, and debt.
• Treasury Accounting experience that includes, liquidity management, cashflow, debt facility reporting and various financial Instruments.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, cash management, banking covenants and risk analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and treasury management systems.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, including banking covenants and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
