A highly successful restaurant in Manalapan Township, NJ is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Culinary Leader to strengthen the team and to run the overall culinary operation. Must have 3 years minimum experience in high volume kitchens

What Are We Seeking?

3+ years of experience as a sous chef or similar role, leading a team in a fast-paced environment
Lead a team of awesome cooks, fostering a collaborative and inspiring kitchen environment.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring every plate is a work of art
Optimize Operations: Forecast food consumption, maintain equipment efficiency, and manage food and labor costs to support financial success.
Must have current ServSafe certification
