Job DescriptionJob Description

RSA+ is a consulting civil engineering and land surveying firm seeking licensed land surveyors. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience in managing and coordinating all types of topographic and boundary surveys.

Primary responsibilities include preparation of topographic and boundary surveys including Subdivision Maps, Record of Surveys, and Corner Records. Permitting and transaction support responsibilities through preparation of LLA's, Lot Mergers, ALTA's, Easements, and Legal Descriptions and Plats are also required.
