We have an immediate need for a Field Mechanic experienced in engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical and fuel systems and/or charging systems to join the service and repair team in the Williston area The mechanic will work at client locations troubleshooting and repairing materials handling equipment including Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Scissor Lifts and other related machines. This is a great opportunity for a mechanic who loves hands-on work, problem solving and working with customers. You will be on the road visiting sites to make repairs to engines, transmissions, hydraulic and other systems. A truck and equipment is supplied for you. Duties:
·         Travel to customer sites to perform inspections and diagnostic tests to identify engine, transmissions, hydraulic, breaking and other system malfunctions.

·         Repair and replace faulty components using hand tools and power tools.

·         Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

·         Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

·         Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

·         Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes when necessary.

·         Collaborate with other team members to complete repairs in a timely manner.

·         Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.

Experience Required:

·         Good customer service skills and ability to work well with people.

·         Previous experience as an automotive mechanic or repairing materials handling equipment.

·         Knowledge and understand of how engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical and fuel systems and/or charging systems work and how they work together.

·         Familiarity with industrial equipment repair and maintenance.

·         Good computer skills.

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·         Good driving record and ability to pass background check, drug test and physical.
