Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team The Quality Control Inspector, you will play a large part in ensuring the continuous quality of our products, which are known across the world for their excellence. Quality Control Inspectors will be responsible for monitoring all products as they are produced to ensure accuracy and prevent any defects from reaching customers. The successful candidate will also be expected to ensure that all required documentation is filed and kept up-to-date, and complete special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Uses engineering drawings to determine quality and reliability standards.
  • Prepares and documents non-conformance reports.
  • Utilizes required inspection records.
  • Prepares and maintains required inspections records.
  • Performs in process and receiving inspection.
  • Reports variations in material inspected and equipment calibration promptly to supervisor.
  • Adheres to safety practices and procedures.
  • Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
  • Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
  • Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
  • Participate in routine visual inspections
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follows procedures as defined by CAD policies, procedures, and AS9100D requirements. Maintains confidentiality of all information processed.
  • Adheres to the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) policies and procedures related to NIST 800-171 and completes all required CUI Awareness training, which includes collection, processing/handling, transmission, storage, and general safeguarding practices.

​​Qualifications:

  • Previous quality experience in a certified manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields- minimum 3 years
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location:

The position will mainly be report to our facility located in Byram Township, NJ. Upon request due to the needs of the business, there will be instances where there may be a need to report to our facility in Fairfield, NJ as well. Candidate must be willing to report to both locations to be considered.

Shift:

Monday- Thursday | 10 Hour Shift | Day Shift: 7:00am- 5:30pm
