Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the project, ensuring its timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Duties:
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans, including project scope, budget, and timeline
- Conduct project scheduling and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera, Civil 3D, and other tools to support project coordination and management
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions
- Prepare reports on project status, including progress updates and cost analysis
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management highly desired.
- Proven experience in construction management or related role preferred
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and software (e.g., Primavera)
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during the construction process
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player
