Employment Status: Independent Contractor/Part-Time/Full-Time

This position:

As an Insurance Inspector you’ll be on-site conducting insurance underwriting inspections collecting data for a condition assessment, measurement dimensions of the property. Including but not limited to photographs, all sides of the structure, roof photos and exterior amenities, hazards, conditions and identifying building materials of the risk. Upon completion all information collected will be uploaded into an internet-based platform.

· Self-starter who enjoys independence

· Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons

· Reliable vehicle for going to and from inspections

· iPhone or Android Smartphone

· Windows Based Computer with Internet access

· Measuring device
