General Function:
Provide assistance and compliance with the services offered by the firm, such as United States immigration and visa procedures, including commercial immigration, immigrant visas, non-immigrant visas, family petitions, affirmative and defensive asylum. Responsible for general administrative tasks and organize files, under the supervision of our legal unit and team of coordinators.
Specific functions:
1. Assist multiple active and new cases at our law firm.
2. Attention to the assigned client on doubts and specific questions of your immigration case through the different contact channels.
3. Provide help in the preparation of files in accordance with the structure proposed by the firm.
4. Maintain and organize files; update files with case status and information.
5. Process client files to official immigration entities.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Knowledge:
1. Basic knowledge in the safe use of various technological tools used in the firm (Microsoft Office). MyCase (not limiting)
2.Training in the area of law and laws. (Not limiting)
Skills:
- Exceptional file organization and management skills.

- Able to handle confidential client information in a professional and reliable manner.

Experience:
Lawyer graduated abroad, with basic knowledge of law, or student in the field, with the ability to learn. Possible minimum experience of 6 to 9 months.
