Job DescriptionJob Description

Pittsburgh (Monroeville area) technology group in need of an Audio/Visual Conference Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Taking reservations
  • Setting up and managing conferences
  • Using the reservations and passcode systems
  • Working with satellite offices to coordinate high profile events
  • Establishing a good rapport with customers
  • Interacting well with other departments
  • Handling customer service issues
  • Participating in certain Operations teams (ex. transcriptions team)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
  • Good phone presence
  • Excellent verbal/English skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience
  • A background in Teaching or Help Desk support is a plus
  • PC/Windows skills required; Microsoft applications, Internet, network/other technical skills preferred
